Job Summary: We are seeking a detail- and service-oriented Payroll Associate to manage multiple payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent experience for our clients. Key Highlights: 1. Manage multiple client payroll processes and ensure their accurate processing. 2. Lead client-related projects and address their inquiries. 3. Requires advanced English B2+/C1 level and +1 year of experience in Customer Service BPO. Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Location: Bogotá and Medellín – On-site · About the Role We are looking for a detail- and service-oriented Payroll Associate who enjoys working in dynamic and challenging environments. You will be responsible for managing multiple payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent experience for our clients. Responsibilities Manage and schedule multiple client payroll processes Ensure accurate, timely, and regulation-compliant payroll processing Apply payroll taxation correctly Manage wage garnishments, child support deductions, and tax withholdings Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports Generate ad hoc reports for clients Administer various payroll environments (time & attendance, processing, and reporting) Resolve client inquiries related to payroll and systems Lead and manage client-related projects Handle calls and inquiries with high service standards Coordinate end-to-end payroll processing Ensure service excellence: follow-up, compliance, and accountability Profile We Seek High school diploma or equivalent (required) Advanced English B2+/C1 level +1 year of experience in Customer Service within a BPO environment Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities Problem-solving skills in dynamic environments What Will Make You Stand Out Prior experience in payroll processes Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility Customer orientation and commitment to compliance. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Keywords: payroll, salary, wages, pay, compensation, salary slip, payslip, payroll processing, wage payment, pay disbursement, payroll specialist
