Job Summary: We are seeking high school graduates or recent graduates to train as press assistants, supporting print production through tasks such as assembly, inspection, and maintenance. Support role in production, learning about quality and operations Important: A printing company located in El Poblado (Medellín) is looking for young people who are completing high school or have recently graduated to take their first professional steps. No prior experience is required, as the company will provide training and mentoring for your development. What does your role involve? Assist press operators in executing assigned production tasks (printing), in accordance with customer requirements, quality standards, and established priorities. Some of your responsibilities will include: Loading the appropriate paper for each job, continuously monitoring the operation of each color tower, closely observing paper output, identifying different paper types, regularly cleaning the exterior of the machine, requesting supplies from the warehouse, recycling all materials in designated areas, among others. Conditions: Contract type: Fixed-term contract for the first year, then converted to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break); every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (until July 15, 2026).
