Analyze, optimize, and strengthen operational and commercial processes of the retail channel in telecommunications, contributing to the achievement of performance indicators and business efficiency. Requirements: Education: Technician or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in process analysis, management, or improvement, preferably in telecommunications, retail, or operational sectors. Knowledge of performance indicator tracking and process optimization. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $2,269,904 + variable bonus up to COP $700,000 for target achievement + statutory benefits Schedule: 8 hours per day (according to point-of-sale), Monday to Saturday. Main Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize operational and commercial processes. Document, update, and standardize internal procedures. Monitor management indicators (KPIs). Identify improvement opportunities and propose action plans. Support implementation of new processes and controls. Validate compliance with operational policies and standards.
