Production and Engineering Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a Professional in Engineering with experience in industrial production processes, project and personnel management, to coordinate engineering and production activities, ensuring product manufacturing, customer satisfaction, and resource optimization. Responsibility for manufacturing and customer satisfaction A company in this sector requires, for its team, a Professional in Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial production processes, preferably in the metal-mechanical sector, and personnel management. Experience in project management and handling. Proficiency in Excel is essential. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other drafting software proficiency is mandatory. Task organization. Excellent attention to detail. Production planning management and handling. Objective: To integrate, coordinate, execute, and assume responsibility for engineering and production activities to ensure proper manufacturing of products offered to customers, meeting agreed technical specifications, delivered on time, achieving customer satisfaction and optimal utilization of allocated resources, while guaranteeing part quality prior to delivery. Main Responsibilities: Develop a weekly work plan. Assign tasks based on staff competencies and process requirements. Review and approve production management documents: drawings, requisitions, others. Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and implement necessary adjustments. Ensure raw material supply. Verify the status and availability of machinery and tools. Ensure processes are carried out according to the work plan. Provide continuous training to plant personnel. Coordinate job rotations across work areas. Salary to be agreed upon + Transportation allowance + Performance-based bonus + Statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
