A leading company in the wood industry seeks a PRODUCTION OPERATOR for its team in Espinal - Tolima. Work Location: ESPINAL, TOLIMA Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Years of Experience: Minimum 1 year Responsibilities: Perform cutting, veneering, special services, receipt, storage, and delivery of materials according to standards defined for each process; ensuring adherence to delivery timelines specified in sales orders, product quality, service efficiency, and workplace organization. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Minimum Monthly Legal Wage (SMLV) + performance-based variable (approximately $200,000) + legal transportation allowance + statutory benefits.
