




Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop center staff. Organize, coordinate, and supervise human resources functions, family support services, transportation routes, inter-institutional agreements, and all center services, ensuring compliance with existing policies and procedures. Ensure center efficiency and optimal utilization of allocated material and human resources. Collaborate with and support the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols to optimize processes. Prepare and monitor the center’s budget, proposing and implementing improvement measures. Manage and supervise material consumption based on services provided. Prepare monthly reports for all areas required by management. Monitor service users and their families to ensure optimal service quality. Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
