Quality Assistant Pereira, Risaralda Job Description A leading healthcare institution requires a Quality Assistant to support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Quality Management System, contributing to compliance with quality standards, patient safety, and continuous improvement of institutional processes. Requirements Technical or Technological degree in Quality, Health Administration, Document Management, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality processes, preferably within healthcare institutions. Knowledge of: Quality Management Systems. Patient Safety. Mandatory Health Quality Assurance System (SOGCS). Health Services Licensing. Management indicator handling. Document management. Internal auditing. Intermediate Excel and office productivity tools. Main Responsibilities Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System. Monitor action plans, indicators, and continuous improvement activities. Support the development, updating, and control of institutional documents. Consolidate, analyze, and present information related to management and quality indicators. Support internal and external audits, as well as licensing and accreditation processes. Monitor adverse events, corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. Support training and awareness activities on quality and patient safety. Verify compliance with institutional procedures and policies. Maintain updated databases and records of the department.
