Autonomous multitasking in dynamic environments Customer Service Representative Reservations (Westgate Resorts) Barranquilla ONSITE Rotating Schedule: Rotating shifts within the 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. time frame Availability Monday through Sunday Job Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage tour reservations for Westgate Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, assisting customers and internal teams, validating availability, and ensuring a seamless experience to maximize tour attendance and resort occupancy. Responsibilities Accurately record incoming reservations (with and without transportation) Professionally answer and distribute calls Support OPCs with customer qualification and tour scheduling Provide bilingual support and translation for Spanish-speaking customers Provide resort directions and information Validate tour availability and staffing by location Manage changes, rescheduling, and no-show follow-up Book rooms when required Perform administrative tasks and data entry Communicate operational updates and changes to the team Requirements English B2+ / C1 (mandatory) Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (call center reservations) Experience with data entry and reservation systems Basic knowledge of Excel / office tools Basic math skills (percentages, rates) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good teamwork and communication skills Key Skills Clear and professional communication Multitasking in dynamic environments Problem solving Autonomous work and time management. -Requirements- Minimum education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Customer service Keywords: demonstrator, fair representative, traveling salesperson, agent, representative, agente, representante
