Route Coordinator - Operations Manager

Job Summary: Experienced Route Coordinator in logistics or industrial engineering to supervise product deliveries, goal achievement, and route optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Manages efficient and effective product deliveries to customers. 2. Supports the daily operations of routes and drivers. 3. Conducts training and follow-up for continuous improvement. ROUTE COORDINATOR Job Requirements: Technologist in Logistics or Industrial Engineering. Strictly ensure daily effective and efficient delivery of products to customers. Meet targets set by the Distribution Center (CD). Support the daily morning driver meeting to report issues encountered on routes the previous day. Report measurable operational indicators and share them with relevant stakeholders. Conduct weekly or as-needed training on delivery processes. Track Q&Rs reported on the platform and implement required actions. Develop a biannual plan for customer visits and service agreements for pre-sales customers, visiting at least 10 customers per week and reporting to the UC Operations Coordinator.
