Regular work schedule with operational flexibility A leading company in the mass-consumption sector requires a Route Assistant to support order delivery and handling of goods (ice cream). Requirements High school diploma. Minimum 6 months of experience in product delivery, distribution, logistics, or customer service. Valid Food Handling Certificate (mandatory for hiring). Basic knowledge of arithmetic operations and reading comprehension. Availability to work Monday through Saturday, as required by operational needs. Responsibilities Support the distribution and delivery of assigned merchandise, products, and supplies. Ensure timely delivery of orders according to scheduled routes. Verify that products are in optimal condition for delivery. Provide an excellent customer service experience. Assist in inspecting the assigned vehicle and promptly report any issues. Comply with company procedures, policies, and safety standards. Handle money, valuables, and goods entrusted for operational execution responsibly. Support operational activities required by the logistics department. Working Conditions Salary: COP $1,750,905 + statutory benefits. Transportation allowance. Meal allowance of COP $12,945 per workday. Additional allowances for breakfast, dinner, and mobility, as applicable. Contract for a specific project or task. Schedule Monday through Saturday. Regular shift from 5:40 a.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch.
