Main Responsibilities: Customer attention and advisory services Sales management and budget achievement Monitoring of commercial indicators Supervision and support of the sales team Hardware store inventory organization and control Goods receipt and dispatch Support in logistics and warehousing processes Verification of product assortment and display Ensuring excellent customer service and point-of-sale order Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions Knowledge of sales, logistics, and customer service Basic inventory management and warehouse organization skills Excellent commercial attitude and leadership skills Salary and Benefits: Base salary: $1,750,905 Commissions starting from the 3rd month Social benefits Transportation allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Saturdays: 8:10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Apply now and join our team!
