Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Engineer to strengthen commercial and technical management in Oil & Gas production and completion projects. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate with technical teams to close business deals An Oil & Gas company is looking for a Sales Engineer to reinforce its commercial and technical management in production and completion projects, primarily based in Barrancabermeja. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector. Provide technical advisory and consulting services regarding the product and service portfolio. Prepare technical-commercial proposals and participate in tender processes. Coordinate activities with technical and operational teams to close business deals. Conduct post-sales follow-up and maintain long-term commercial relationships. Analyze market trends and competitors' activities. What Are We Looking For? Professional degree in Petroleum Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in technical-commercial roles within the Oil & Gas sector (production and completion). Knowledge of artificial lift systems (ESP, PCP, SRP). Experience in negotiation and preparation of technical-commercial offers. Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Intermediate to advanced technical English (part of the interview will be conducted in English). Strong customer orientation, strategic vision, and results-driven mindset. Working Hours and Conditions Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with one-hour lunch break. Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Hybrid work mode, with availability for handling requests and field visits. Salary: $5,000,000 Additional benefit: Prepaid medical insurance Indefinite-term contract. · Residency in Barrancabermeja or nearby municipalities (willingness to commute and travel).
