A prominent company in the sector seeks to incorporate a Security Assistant into its workforce Academic level: High school graduate Experience: 1 year Knowledge of the operational functioning of security protocols is required. * Monitoring and control of cargo during receipt and dispatch. * Inspection of vehicles arriving to load at our warehouses. * Sealing and securing cargo for transportation operations. * Control of hazardous and precursor substances. * Personnel searches upon exit from the facilities. * Ensuring staff discipline within the facilities. * Availability to provide services during overtime hours when required. * Reporting unsafe acts and conditions in the warehouses. * Remaining alert to identify suspicious situations. * Ensuring and safeguarding cargo within the organization's facilities. * Protecting the organization's assets by preventing losses or thefts. * Registering visiting personnel and performing corresponding security checks and screening. * Documenting all warehouse incidents in the security log. * Recording entry of personal items belonging to visiting personnel and verifying them upon their exit. * Complying with established security controls in the process. * Personally applying electronic locks or seals; it is strictly prohibited to hand these to drivers for application.
