We are seeking professionals in Psychology or administrative fields with experience in: Mass recruitment and selection (minimum 2 years) Sourcing administrative, operational, and commercial profiles Fieldwork and disruptive talent attraction strategies Competencies in frustration tolerance, results orientation, and achievement orientation.
