You will serve as the bridge between information and continuous improvement, managing tools such as INFO, Izydocs, Xpert, GEN IA, Salesforce, and other analytics solutions, ensuring their operational efficiency and constant optimization. Key Responsibilities: Generate and analyze weekly productivity and usability reports. Configure and monitor the proper functioning of Front Office tools. Design and optimize Power BI dashboards, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement. Develop reports aligned with the KPIs of each business unit. Provide functional technical support and training on the tools. Lead your assigned team, ensuring goal achievement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Experience in data analysis, report generation, and team leadership.
