Senior Infrastructure Architect, Virtualization, and Hybrid Cloud Solutions Experience: 3 to 5 years Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid / On-site (to be defined) Salary: $7,000,000 Job Objective Design, lead, and implement secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure, virtualization, and hybrid cloud solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices in architecture, cloud, and cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze technical and functional requirements with stakeholders. Design hybrid architectures integrating on-premises environments, virtualization (VMware and Proxmox), and cloud (AWS/Azure). Define architectures aligned with TOGAF and sound design principles. Document architectures (HLD/LLD, network diagrams, and dependency maps). Lead technical implementation and coordinate infrastructure, security, and operations teams. Automate deployments using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and PowerShell/Bash scripts. Administer Windows Server, Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu), Active Directory, and AWS services. Design and manage hybrid networks (VPC, VPN, subnets, load balancers). Define high-availability, backup, disaster recovery, and failover policies. Implement security controls based on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. Provide tier-three support and lead root cause analysis (RCA). Define cloud governance and document architectural decisions (ADR). Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, or related fields. 3 to 5 years of experience in infrastructure, virtualization, storage, or hybrid cloud architecture. Experience with VMware and/or Proxmox. Knowledge of enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS, Object Storage, SDS). Technical leadership and effective communication skills.
