Job Objective Ensure proper merchandise preparation, dispatch, and control, providing support in inventory management and advising customers on the company's commercialized foam products. 3. Functions and Responsibilities Functions Prepare and dispatch merchandise requested by customers, including foam and mattress packages. Perform control and tracking of assigned inventories. Advise customers on the features, uses, and benefits of foam products. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the work area. Support other operational activities required by the department. · 4. Experience and Competencies Experience Minimum one (1) year of experience in operational roles related to logistics, warehouse, dispatch, or merchandise delivery. Competencies and Skills Basic knowledge of inventory handling and control. Customer service orientation. Ability to work in a team. 5. Job Conditions · Salary: COP 1,750,905 + Transportation allowance + Statutory benefits.
