Social Security Assistant Do you have experience managing social security and mastery of the full contribution and reconciliation process? This vacancy is for you! Your Mission: Comprehensively manage the social security process, ensuring accurate calculation, validation, and payment of contributions in compliance with current regulations. Main Responsibilities: - Settlement of social security contributions (health, pension, occupational risk insurance [ARL], and parafiscal funds) - Management and generation of PILA payroll forms - Validation of the Base Contribution Income (IBC) - Reconciliation of contributions and cleanup of inconsistencies - Management of personnel events (hires, terminations, disabilities, leaves) - Tracking of payments and account statements with relevant entities - Handling of mass-scale processes (over 500 employees) Requirements: - Experience in social security and handling PILA forms - Knowledge of the complete contribution process - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Working Conditions: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Bi-weekly payments. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience Knowledge Areas: Team management, Teamwork Keywords: escort, guard, security officer, watchman, guard, security, smo, social, network, community
