We seek a candidate with experience in quality management systems in the healthcare sector, leadership of internal audits, indicator monitoring, and continuous process improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Bacteriology. Specialization in Quality Management or related fields in the healthcare sector. Minimum of 1 year of certified experience in healthcare sector clinical or administrative areas. Training in Quality Management Systems implementation. Internal Auditor course. Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System. Schedule and conduct internal audits. Monitor indicators, findings, improvement plans, and risk management. Ensure compliance with quality policies, processes, and standards. Prepare reports on Quality Management System performance. Promote continuous improvement in laboratory processes. Verify compliance with applicable healthcare sector regulations. Support functions related to the position. Required Knowledge Quality Management Systems. Internal auditing. Risk management.
