Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, dynamic, and customer-service-oriented Store Coordinator to lead the team, design campaigns, and supervise operations. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: Support team leadership to ensure excellent customer service. Design and implement commercial campaigns (promotions, bundles, tastings). Supervise inventories, restocking, and product quality. Store opening and closing procedures. Coordinate staff schedules and ensure efficient store operations. Requirements: Academic level: Technical or technological degree in administrative or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience as a coordinator or point-of-sale leader. Experience managing personnel. Skills: leadership, proactivity, commitment, and service orientation. Working Conditions: Salary: COP $2,100,000 + statutory benefits. Contract: Indefinite-term contract (with a 2-month probationary period). Schedule: Trust-based and flexible management. Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Afternoon shift: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sundays: One Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., followed by a Sunday off. Locations: Near the National Museum and Parque de los Hippies.
