We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and achievement-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead the operations of our retail outlet in Candelaria. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our point of sale, responsible for: • Managing daily retail outlet operations, ensuring attainment of established sales targets. • Delivering warm, timely, and high-quality customer service. • Overseeing proper display, rotation, and preservation of meat products. • Managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring adequate stock levels at the retail outlet. • Complying with and monitoring hygiene standards, food handling regulations, and internal protocols. Required Profile: • Education: Completed high school diploma (full secondary education). • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food sales. • Key Knowledge: Basic understanding of food hygiene and handling standards. • Basic inventory and stock control skills. • Preferred (not mandatory): Experience in food-sector companies and handling of meat products (preservation, rotation, and basic characteristics). • Competencies: We seek a detail-oriented individual with excellent work organization, results orientation, high reliability, honesty, and an impeccable sense of belonging and personal presentation.
