




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead teams, train staff, manage routes, and analyze sales figures to optimize commercial performance. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Sales Supervisor · Location: Antioquia, Rionegro Work Schedule: Full-time Working Hours: Day shift, Monday to Saturday, from 7:45 AM until route completion. Salary: $2,300,000 + commissions for target achievement + rotation bonus · Required Profile Academic Level: Technologist or professional degree in Marketing, Administration, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar positions leading sales teams, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. Knowledge: Sales knowledge. Proficiency in office tools · Main Responsibilities Induction and training of new and active sales staff; handling of product catalog, promotions, KPIs, salary (various management indicators), payment methods, payroll, retail outlets, competitive advantages, sales arguments, product and promotion conversions, use of PIMOVIL, and dissemination of internal sales department formats. Route coverage in cases of incidents such as resignations, medical leaves, or absences. Accompanying sales representatives with low effectiveness or difficulties in specific territories, considering route planning, sales growth, catalog handling, location within the route, and report management. Handing over routes to new sales representatives, explaining customer identification during the route they are responsible for. Verifying that sales representatives use the PIMOVIL system online. Analyzing figures across various retail outlets, measuring and controlling impacts throughout the business days of the month, converting results into percentages to indicate achievement. Scheduling meetings and checkpoints where the following activities must be conducted: Communicating sales targets to sales representatives. Reviewing budgets. Monitoring sales figures and KPIs. Reporting out-of-stock items. Managing promotions and products (inventory). Daily review, execution, and control of returns. Daily monitoring of each sales representative’s performance. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
