Position Summary: We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain and Assets to lead the procurement strategy, optimize resources, and ensure operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Manage inventories, machinery, and conduct negotiations with suppliers We are looking for a Director of Supply Chain and Assets based in Cali, with administrative experience in service, cleaning, maintenance, or construction companies: **Job Objective:** Lead the company’s procurement strategy, ensuring purchasing process efficiency, resource optimization, operational continuity, and budget compliance. Responsibilities include designing the procurement model, strengthening relationships with strategic departments, managing warehouses and inventories, efficiently allocating machinery and overseeing its maintenance strategy, conducting supplier negotiations, and promoting cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement. **Key Challenges:** * Design and implement the department’s structure by developing a management model that enables timely and appropriate support for other organizational areas. * Align with the relevant department to ensure agile and cost-effective responses. * Reengineer machinery and equipment administration and maintenance processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or a master’s degree are desirable. * 8–10 years of experience leading procurement, supply, and negotiation processes, preferably in cleaning, maintenance, or construction service companies.
