Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technologist to manage technical support incidents, maintain equipment, and provide office software support. Key Highlights: 1. Office software handling and support A prominent manufacturing company, located between Calle 80 and Siberia, requires a Systems Technologist or related professional with at least 1 year of experience in timely management of technical support incidents to meet the service-level agreements (SLAs) defined in the technology services catalog, as well as to perform maintenance of computers, printers, and networks, and to handle and support office software. Salary: $1,842,956 + Transportation allowance of $249,095 + All statutory benefits Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits: Commuting shuttle service + Daily meal allowance Biweekly payments — Excellent job stability is offered.
