Requirements Technical degree or university student in Systems Engineering or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support and system administration. Working Conditions  Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  Work Mode: On-site  Location: Bogotá  Salary: $2,800,000 COP + legal transportation allowance + statutory benefits.  Contract Type: Project-based or service contract. Main Responsibilities Provide technical support to end users and maintain computing equipment. Manage the delivery and receipt of technological resources. Verify the proper operation of servers, CCTV, backups, and corporate email. Administer and track support tickets. Support the implementation and maintenance of corporate applications. Manage Active Directory and provide support on Windows servers. Provide LAN/WAN network and IP addressing support.
