Job Summary: We are seeking a Regional COE for BI & SFE to ensure operational continuity and efficiency across assigned countries, combining support, data analysis, and process improvement. Continuous interaction with commercial, local, and regional teams For one of our clients, Adecco is recruiting a Regional COE profile for BI & SFE responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of BI & SFE in assigned countries during the transition to the COE (Center of Excellence) model. The position combines operational support, data management, analysis, process mapping and documentation, as well as light automation. The selected candidate must maintain continuous interaction with commercial, local, and regional teams, guaranteeing the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports under their responsibility. This role is especially suitable for professionals with prior experience in analytics, business intelligence, commercial processes, automation, or similar functions oriented toward operational efficiency. · Responsibilities Execute defined operational support activities for assigned countries, ensuring uninterrupted BI & SFE operations at all times. Map and document processes according to COE-established standards, ensuring traceability, clarity, and continuous information updates. Guarantee the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports under your responsibility, supervising data quality and correct interpretation. Maintain ongoing communication with key users, regional BI teams, and local teams, managing requirements and aligning information expectations. Propose improvements and automations to increase operational efficiency, prioritizing light automation initiatives and process optimization. Maintain absolute confidentiality and responsible handling of client data and systems, complying with internal policies and information security requirements. Meet deadlines and deliverables outlined in the work plan, adhering to defined service-level agreements (SLAs). · Candidate Profile We Are Seeking Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and/or data modeling, applying these tools to information consolidation, transformation, and analysis. Experience using Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, visualization design, and report updating in collaborative environments. Ability to map processes following defined standards, documenting workflows, interdependencies, and improvement opportunities in a structured manner. Understanding of SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) concepts, commercial KPIs, and commercial processes—desirable but not mandatory for this position. Proficiency with collaborative tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, facilitating coordination with local, regional teams, and key users. Prior experience supporting commercial, BI, or operations areas, with exposure to analytical requirements, reporting, and process improvement. Ability to engage effectively with local and regional teams, demonstrating clear, effective, and adaptable communication with diverse internal stakeholders. Strong analytical capability and attention to detail, with high orientation toward data quality and meticulous report review. Efficient time management and strict adherence to SLAs, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple concurrent deliverables under pressure. Proactivity in identifying improvements and proposing solutions, contributing light automation initiatives and optimization of existing processes. Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure, maintaining organized documentation and structured thinking in dynamic environments. High professional ethics and responsible handling of sensitive information, respecting client confidentiality and data security policies. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Economics, Administration, Statistics, or related fields, with a solid foundation in quantitative analysis.
