Job Summary: Operate, monitor, and control industrial machinery to ensure proper functioning of the production process and support equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance Technician or technologist in mechanics, electricity, electronics, electromechanics, mechatronics, industrial maintenance, industrial machinery preparation, automation and control, industrial processes, or related industrial process fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in production plants. Conditions: Salary range: $2,208,000 to $2,404,000 + Transportation allowance Route benefit. Cafeteria service (meals). Participation in organizational wellness activities. Rotating 8-hour shifts. Main Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, and control industrial machinery and equipment to guarantee proper functioning of the production process. Perform equipment preparation, startup, and shutdown according to established procedures. Conduct periodic inspections to verify machinery condition and identify potential failures. Support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for equipment. Adjust machine operational parameters according to production requirements. Diagnose basic mechanical, electrical, or electronic failures and promptly report them to the relevant department. Ensure compliance with quality standards during the production process. Record production data, operational incidents, and performed maintenance. Comply with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of the work area. Verify appropriate usage of assigned raw materials, tools, and supplies.
