What Will You Do in This Role? Administrative Functions: Support document management (filing, digitization, organization). Prepare and manage internal and external correspondence. Provide general administrative support to various office departments. Support / Helpdesk: Handle basic technical support requests. Assist with basic installation and configuration of equipment and software. Assist with management of technological equipment inventory. · Key Requirements Possess a valid disability certification. Education: Technical or technological degree in administrative, systems, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative functions or basic technical support (preferred). Basic knowledge of: Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, email). First-level technical support (helpdesk). Organizational, communication, internal customer service, and teamwork skills.
