Training: Administrative, accounting, or financial. 2. Job Responsibilities Manage, organize, and update administrative, accounting, and financial databases. Perform data entry, validation, and control of information in internal systems and Excel files. Support the preparation of administrative, financial, and management reports. Cross-check, reconcile, and analyze information from various sources. Verify the consistency and accuracy of received documentation. Support billing, accounts receivable, treasury, or accounting processes as required by the department. Manage physical and digital archives, ensuring proper information custody. Prepare periodic reports using office software tools, especially Excel. Monitor compliance with processes, pending documents, and internal requirements. Provide administrative support to various organizational departments. Respond to information requests and promptly address internal requirements. Identify inconsistencies in databases and propose improvement actions for correction. 3.
