




Position Summary: We are seeking a Tender Coordinator to manage tender processes, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal departments in a freight transportation company. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of tender processes and proposal preparation 2. Coordination with operational, financial, and legal departments 3. Administrative and logistics support for transportation operations A road freight transportation company requires a TENDER COORDINATOR for its team. Education: University degree or technical diploma in business administration, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 1 year handling tenders in the transportation sector (administrative or operational). Responsibilities: - Manage tender processes comprehensively. - Prepare and submit proposals meeting technical, administrative, and financial requirements. - Monitor tender processes, clarifications, and award decisions. - Consolidate and manage documentation required for proposals. - Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, and legal). - Manage databases and Excel reports (advanced level). - Support administrative and logistics operations within the transportation department. - Monitor awarded contracts and their execution. - Identify opportunities for improvement in tender processes. Knowledge: - Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). - Office productivity tools. - Proficiency with technological tools and digital platforms. - Familiarity with procurement regulations is desirable. Salary: Between 1 and 2 minimum monthly legal wages (SMLV) plus statutory benefits.
