ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS • Final-semester student or recent graduate in: Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering

EXPERIENCE • Between 6 months and 1 year in:
Training and capacity building
Instructional design
Onboarding processes
Learning methodologies
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support training and capacity-building processes.
• Design and structure learning content.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions and training logistics.
• Monitor attendance, assessments, and KPIs.
• Execute onboarding processes.
• Manage documentation and process traceability.
KNOWLEDGE
• Excel and Google Sheets (basic/intermediate).
• Canva, Genially, or LMS platforms.
• Google Workspace.
• Interest in organizational development.
WORK SCHEDULE AND HOURS
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with availability for some weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Monday to Wednesday in office; Thursday and Friday remote work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Other days: subject to operational requirements.
SALARY
• $2,300,000 to $2,500,000
