




The administrative intern will provide support in operational and management tasks within the administrative department. Main responsibilities include: * Assisting in organizing and filing physical and digital documents. * Preparing and updating reports and databases. * Supporting correspondence management and telephone assistance. * Collaborating in coordinating meetings, purchases, and internal logistics. * Assisting in basic accounting and human resources tasks (invoice recording, attendance tracking, etc.). The position requires proactivity, organization, proficiency in office software tools, and willingness to learn administrative processes.
