Operational work in a structured company A leading industrial sector company is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations, ensuring order, control, and proper inventory management. Main Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and tools. Prepare and dispatch orders according to internal requirements. Support physical and system-based inventory control and updates. Organize and maintain warehouse areas in good condition. Assist with loading and unloading activities as required. Manage basic documentation related to material inflows and outflows. Comply with established safety, order, and control procedures. What Are We Looking For? Minimum 1 year of experience in similar warehouse or logistics roles. Experience in inventory management, warehousing, dispatch, and distribution. Education: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in logistics, warehousing, administration, or related fields. Basic proficiency in office tools (Office suite, email, printing). Organized, responsible individual with teamwork skills and ability to follow regulations. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Full-time schedule, with availability to meet operational requirements. Conditions Salary: $1,750,905 Legal transportation allowance: $249,095 Approximate total: $2,000,000 COP Prepaid medical insurance (applicable after probation period). Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with possibility of conversion to indefinite term based on performance.
