We are looking for a high school graduate with at least 1–2 years of experience in logistics processes, warehousing, receiving, dispatching and/or picking, and SAP handling. Key Duties: Execute warehousing, distribution, promotional, and labeling activities—from raw material, packaging material, and finished product receipt through to dispatch—supporting production processes while adhering to the company’s established procedures. Monitor transportation requests and promptly report and manage any incidents that arise. Calculate the volume of orders to be delivered and determine the number of vehicles required for dispatch. Conduct photographic documentation of vehicle loading, monitor vehicle sealing with tamper-evident seals, handle documentation delivery, and dispatch to critical customers—ensuring orders are delivered as dispatched. Validate dispatched invoices against registered invoices and manage discrepancies. Manage inventory-related activities—from physical verification to system validation. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, rotating shifts; clarified during interview. Salary: COP $1,795,000 + Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance + Statutory Benefits + Employee Fund.
