Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Technician or Technologist to ensure proper execution of technical operations, supervise quality, and lead the technical team. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Technician or Technologist or related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in service workshops or roles related to quality and technical supervision. Job Mission: Ensure the proper execution of technical operations within the workshop, guaranteeing high quality standards, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, coordinate and supervise the technical team, maintaining effective communication throughout the entire service process. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and assign daily tasks to the technical team Supervise maintenance processes and service quality Manage authorizations and customer communications Verify availability and quotation of spare parts Complete quality checklists and final inspections Ensure timely delivery Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) and workshop best practices Provide technical support and guidance to the work team Requirements: Technician or Technologist in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in service workshops or quality-related roles Leadership, organizational, and communication skills Salary: $2.013.540 + transportation allowance + variable bonus of $350.000 Working Hours: Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings Location: ENVIGADO Interested candidates should submit their resumes.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University / Technological Program Years of Experience Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist
