Requirements Professional degree in Public Accounting. Experience in comprehensive payroll management. Knowledge and experience in employer substitution processes. Experience in preparing labor settlements. Proficiency in social security and social benefits administration. Familiarity with current labor and accounting regulations. Proficiency in office tools and accounting systems. Responsibilities Prepare and review payroll processes. Carry out contract settlements, social benefits, and other labor-related calculations. Manage and support employer substitution processes. Verify and control social security and parafiscal contribution payments. Support the company’s accounting and financial processes. Prepare reports and statements related to the accounting and human resources departments. Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor and accounting obligations. Working Conditions City: Bogotá D.C. Salary: $2,500,000. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Work Mode: On-site.
