Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and empathetic accounting assistant who loves gastronomy to ensure accurate and timely accounting of invoices and monthly closings. Key Highlights: 1. Working hours: Monday to Friday The main objective of this position is to ensure the accurate and timely accounting of invoices for all company purchases and services, in accordance with accounting guidelines. Key responsibilities include: · Accrue invoices from assigned restaurants across commercial and financial modules. · Organize and classify invoices from assigned locations according to location and simplified or general tax regimes. · Review and adjust petty cash for assigned restaurants. · Accrue reimbursements generated from petty cash. · Account for advances and accrue expenses for active projects. · Perform month-end accounting closings in the system Requirements •Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting departments performing journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. •Intermediate Excel skills; knowledge of Siesa is desirable. •Education: Technical, technological, or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. •Bi-weekly payments •All statutory benefits; direct employment contract with the company (permanent) •Company benefits . -Requirements- Minimum education: University / Technological program 1 year of experience Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, cashier, controller, bookkeeper, billing clerk, treasurer, accounting clerk
