Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience to record transactions, reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), support reporting, and ensure the accuracy of records within a committed team. Minimum 3 years of experience in the accounting field Technical, technological, and/or professional degree in Accounting Responsibilities · Timely and accurate recording of financial transactions (revenues, expenses, purchases, and sales). Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial information. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring compliance with deadlines. Verify and record data originating from point-of-sale locations. Validate that purchase orders (POs) are correctly registered in the ERP system (SIESA). Support the preparation of accounting and financial reports as required by the department. Ensure the quality and reliability of accounting records. Provide internal customer service and support on accounting matters. Comply with the company’s accounting procedures and policies. Support internal control and audit processes when required.
