A renowned gastronomic complex focused on innovation and gastronomic experiences, located in the northern part of Bogotá, is seeking bar assistants. Requirements: Must be a professional, technician, or technologist in bartending, mixology, or food and beverage service; minimum 1 year of experience for the Bar Assistant position. General Function: Responsible for preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails at the assigned restaurant bar. Specific Functions: Delivering excellent service to guests at assigned bars. Managing and explaining cocktails when required by guests. Adhering to established service timelines to deliver orders within required timeframes. Inventory management. Care and maintenance of barware. Soft Skills: Proactivity, dynamism, creativity, flexibility, commitment, passion for service, ability to work effectively in teams, and assertive communication. Employment Conditions: We offer project-based or direct employment contracts with all statutory benefits. After one year, the contract may be renewed or converted to an indefinite-term contract. Average Salary: $2,250,000 + statutory benefits Working Hours: Full-time availability, Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day during the week. Rotating 8-hour shifts. Candidates must reside in the northern part of Bogotá or have their own transportation due to scheduling requirements. Work Location: On-site employment
