We are a rapidly growing restaurant chain and are looking for a Civil Engineer or Architect to lead the control, execution, and monitoring of CAPEX for our projects. What do you need to apply? Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles Solid knowledge of BOQs (Bills of Quantities), executive budgets, and cost estimation. Experience in CAPEX monitoring, budgetary control, and financial reporting. Advanced Excel proficiency.
