Our Community Manager must possess graphic design knowledge, including specific tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Suite, Adobe), social media management skills, and the ability to create visual content consistent with the brand guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record and edit videos and photos; design digital assets. * Publish content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) * Respond to messages and comments from account followers * Develop digital communication strategies to increase awareness of the organization * Safeguard the brand or organizational image * Analyze social media statistics to recommend which content performs best * Build community—i.e., encourage people to interact with and identify with the brand * Promote projects or campaigns * Showcase the organization’s social impact * Announce charitable events or campaigns * Create attractive and interactive content * Analyze metrics * Monitor trends and social media performance * Maintain an active digital community Employment Type: Full-time
