We seek committed, responsible drivers with a service-oriented attitude—individuals who understand that every trip is an opportunity to build trust and deliver an outstanding experience to our customers. * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Driver's license:** Valid, minimum category C1. * **Minimum experience:** 2 years driving light or medium vehicles. Experience in logistics, transportation, vehicle relocation, valet parking, or household driving will be valued. * **Knowledge:** * Basic preventive mechanical awareness. * Proficiency with mobile applications (GPS, WhatsApp, reporting tools). * Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate vehicles according to assigned service orders (via the App). * Adhere to protocols established by Alfred and by customers. * Verify general vehicle conditions before and after each service (via the App). * Immediately report any operational issues or incidents. * Maintain clear and respectful communication with users and the operations team. * Support supplementary logistics tasks as required by the service. **Cultural Alignment (Alfred Values)** * **Transparency** in service reports and incident notifications. * **Commitment to the customer and to the brand.** * **Act as a partner, not merely a service provider.** We seek individuals who proudly represent the company.
