Your primary challenge will be to design and execute management plans for assigned stores, ensuring compliance with quality, service standards, as well as achievement of business, sales, and profitability metrics. Cali, Colombia. **Responsibilities:** Lead and support Store Managers within your district, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. Ensure compliance with the brand’s operational, quality, service, and food safety standards. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets for the stores under your responsibility. **Manage and monitor key business indicators:** sales, labor costs, operating expenses, EBITDA, customer experience, and staff turnover. Conduct periodic store visits to assess operational execution and identify improvement opportunities. Lead development, training, and feedback processes for the store management team. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism Management, Gastronomy, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 4 years leading operations in restaurants, retail, mass consumer goods, or service chains, managing teams. Experience as Store Manager, Local Manager, Store Head, or similar positions. Desirable experience managing multiple business units simultaneously. KPI management and business indicator analysis. Strategic planning and operational control. Cost administration and expense control. Excel and Office tools (including Pivot Tables). People management and development.
