Job Summary: We are seeking an E-COMMERCE professional for our Reservation Center to collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments and deliver excellent online customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to work at El Dorado Chain Hotels El Dorado Chain Hotels, present in Bogotá and San Andrés, requires an E-COMMERCE professional for our Reservation Center with the following characteristics: JOB OBJECTIVE The objective of this position is to effectively perform duties within the Reservations department, collaborating with Sales and Marketing departments while delivering excellent online customer service. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1 year of experience in the field, preferably in hotels or travel packages. • University degree or technical career related to customer service, marketing, hospitality, or tourism. • Proficiency in Zeus software and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred). • Knowledge of and experience with OTAs and/or distribution channels.
