A major multinational company is seeking a committed, service-oriented Houseman to support operational, logistical, and basic maintenance tasks for an administrative building. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring order, supply replenishment, and proper presentation of areas, offices, and customer service spaces, contributing to the smooth functioning of the facilities.
Responsibilities
Space Preparation: Ensure the room is in suitable condition for use, including arrangement of furniture, equipment, materials, and other necessary resources.
Public Service: Greet and guide individuals entering the space, providing necessary information regarding its use.
Order and Cleanliness Maintenance: Ensure the room remains clean and orderly during and after activities, removing any unnecessary items.
Logistical Support: Assist in setting up and dismantling events or activities within the room (e.g., arranging chairs, projectors, equipment, etc.).
Inventory of all equipment

Requirements
High school diploma.
Minimum 6 months’ experience in operational roles, general services, logistics, or corporate facility management.
Ability to perform moderate physical activities and move materials or furniture.
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of tool handling and minor maintenance (desirable).

· Working Conditions:
Salary: COP 1,810,000 + Transportation allowance COP 249,095 + all statutory benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime shifts — morning shift 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., afternoon shift 12:00–7:00 p.m.; Saturdays 6:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m.
