Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Technologist or Food Engineer to ensure quality and food safety standards, standardize processes, and participate in product development. Key Highlights: 1. Management of quality documentation and records We are searching for top talent in the city of Cali. · Comfenalco Valle Employment Agency, Cali Regional Office, supporting one of its client companies, is seeking personnel: Food Technologist. · Academic Qualification: Food Technology program or Food Engineering degree. Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in related positions, preferably in chain restaurants. Knowledge: Intermediate Excel proficiency and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). Skills: Quality control analysis, teamwork, personnel resource management. · Contractual Conditions: Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract. Salary: Range between $2,200,000 to $3,500,000 + social benefits. Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts, non-night shifts, Monday through Saturday. · Responsibilities: Conduct process, GMP, and operational standard audits at sales points and production areas. Support standardization of recipes, technical sheets, and production processes. Participate in food product development, testing, and continuous improvement. Monitor production processes at plants and restaurants, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards. Manage documentation and records associated with quality processes.
