Experience: 12 months of experience. Contract type: Indefinite-term contract. Schedule: (33 hours/week) Mon. – Fri. 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sat. (every 15 days) 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (38 hours/week) Mon. – Fri. 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sat. (every 15 days) 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM · Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive medical care through both in-person and telemedicine modalities. - Conduct timely clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proper management of clinical records. - Promote healthy lifestyles and preventive and self-care activities. - Respond to emergencies occurring at the IPS (Healthcare Institution). - Supervise referral and counter-referral processes. - Participate in continuous training programs. - Develop, lead, supervise, and evaluate field audit plans and programs, medical billing audits, and work activities of physicians, nurses, technicians, administrative staff, services personnel, maintenance staff, and other team members. - Organize and lead committees and working groups to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and to achieve objectives, regulations, sanitary and phytosanitary measures (SPS) established by senior management and government authorities. - Represent the organization, department, or institution—or delegate representation—to act on its behalf in negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, media engagements, forums, or other official functions. - Requirements: Minimum education: University / Professional degree. 1 year of experience.
