However, the dream does not end here—we aim to continue expanding and growing even further. We are currently seeking a GENERAL MANAGER for our Bogotá operation. To join this team, you must meet the following requirements: Academic background in business administration, hotel administration, tourism, or related fields At least 5 years of experience leading teams in the hospitality area Knowledge of financial management (budgeting, costs, profitability) Commercial strategy and revenue management (occupancy, pricing, sales) Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Working Conditions Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Contract type: Indefinite-term contract In addition to working at the coolest location, you’ll enjoy these extra benefits: Free stays at all our hostels Indefinite-term employment contract 15 days of vacation Birthday day off Discounts on food and beverages And many more!
