




**About Us** Peruvian restaurant in the north of Bogotá.. **Head Chef Role** We are looking for a leader passionate about gastronomy, with experience in **Peruvian cuisine and production team management**. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, standardization, and profitability of kitchen operations. **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the kitchen team (assistants and stewards). * Ensure adherence to standardized recipes and portion control. * Guarantee dish quality, flavor, and presentation. * Supervise inventories, input rotation, and supplier orders. * Compliance with hygiene, GMP, and food safety regulations. * Control raw material costs and production efficiency. * Develop, train, and motivate the kitchen team. * Coordinate with management and dining room for optimal service flow. **Requirements** * Minimum of **3 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef**, preferably in international/Peruvian cuisine restaurants. * Knowledge of **Peruvian cuisine** (pollo a la brasa, ceviches, saltados, causas, among others). * Experience in inventory management and cost control. * Leadership, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to work in the northern area of Bogotá (Usaquén).
