We seek a person who enjoys leading teams, ensuring memorable experiences for our guests, and supporting the commercial growth of the organization. **Position** **Hotel Operations Coordinator** We offer \- Indefinite-term employment contract. \- Salary: $2\.500\.000 \+ Transportation Allowance \+ Performance Bonus \+ Mobility Allowance. \- Rotating shifts. \- Work location: Bogotá D.C. **Profile** \- Technician or professional degree in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating hotel operations. \- Knowledge of customer service, team leadership, and operational management. \- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills. \- Desired experience in occupancy strategies, reservations, and commercial support. **Main Responsibilities** \- Coordinate daily hotel operations to guarantee an excellent guest experience. \- Supervise front desk, reservations, rooms, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry departments. \- Verify compliance with quality, cleanliness, and service standards. \- Coordinate staff shifts, incidents, leave requests, and operational personnel performance. \- Promptly attend to and manage guest requests, complaints, and requirements. \- Monitor suppliers, purchases, inventories, and supplies. \- Support commercial management by tracking occupancy, reservations, corporate agreements, and sales improvement opportunities. \- Identify opportunities to optimize revenue, improve occupancy metrics, and strengthen customer loyalty. \- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities.
